For people over 50 who can benefit from exercising

You would help us enormously if you could distribute these to members of your community (church, clubs, neighbourhood) that might be interested.

Let us know either by mail, or through your instructor if you can help, and we will get some delivered to you.

Forever Active Exercise Classes

Do check our website for the latest info about all available classes: we now have 30 classes running: online, indoor and outdoor.

October new classes
We are pleased to say that the following classes have started this week:
|
- Strength & Balance L3 in Over at St Mary's Church Hall Indoor
- Tennis and badminton David Lloyd Centre
|
November new classes
We are still working hard to re-open classes, and we thank you for your patience. If you were a member and attended your class regularly before March 2020, we will contact you as soon as we have everything in place.
|
We are aiming - subject to availability of instructor and venue -to open the following classes in November:
|
- S & B in Melbourn, Chesterton, Queen Edith
- T'ai Chi in Barnwell
|
|
|
As restrictions have now lifted, some venues allow more people into their halls, so we hope to accommodate more people. However, some classes do have a waiting list, so do not hesitate to contact us if you want to join.

AGM: save the date

Because of continuing Covid-19 restrictions affecting venues, the AGM will once again be held online via Zoom. All members are welcome to join in the meeting. If you are able to get online, perhaps at a friend’s house, it will be lovely to see you. Please will all who wish to join the meeting let Enquiries know, and we will send you the log-in details.
