Opportunities are varied and can be adapted to suit your skills and experience. Roles include:
- Leaflet distribution and promotion

- Assisting with classes
- Assisting with the administration of Forever Active
- Assisting with the marketing of Forever Active

The scheme is simple: if you spend one hour helping your community, you will earn one time credit. Time credits can be exchanged for a variety of things, from exercise classes to cinema and theatre tickets.
Find out more about how time credits work on the Spice time credits website.
“Time credits recognise the valuable contributions people make to their communities, local services and to others and offer access to new and interesting opportunities as a thank you.” – Spice
If you can give a few hours or a few minutes each week your support will be much appreciated and will make a real difference.
